Timbershoppe Building Systems Inc. is your one stop specialty building products supplier. Our expertise lies in Systems-Built products with an emphasis on integration of Heavy Architectural Timber, Specialty Wood, Traditional Log, and Timber Frame, into modern building environments.

 

Timbershoppe came into being to address the needs of the Professional Design Build and Construction Supply community. Traditionally Builders, Architects and Designers had to search for their own supply sources, a costly and time-consuming process. We would like to assume this role, enabling you to pursue your projects in a more cost and time efficient manner.

 

We are the wholesale arm of the Systems-Built Production Alliance, a division of Systems-Built Industries Inc. S.B.I. Inc., our parent firm, is dedicated to improving the production-supply chain in the building industry. Having faced the same challenges that plague all small producers, S.B.I. felt there had to be a better way to address the market. What arose was Timbershoppe!

 

We realized that the existing housing industry was highly fragmented, with producers often not able to fill orders due to supply constraints. This is a frustration that is universal among Designer, Builder groups. In a sector predominantly made up of "specialty item production", orders often went unfulfilled due to an " all or nothing " approach to ordering. If a specific order could not be filled due to price or supply difficulties, customers were often left annoyed and wanting. Timbershoppe is your answer to this dilemma.

 

We at Timbershoppe feel that Designers should be free to design, Builders to build, and Developers to develop. Our goal is to facilitate industry-integrated change, using our product enhancement facilities and associated producers. Strictly a business-to-business provider, we offer the construction industry a central source for much of their building needs. This also enables us to pass on economies of scale realizations to our co-producers and suppliers, benefiting all.

 

Designers, Developers, Builders and Industry Re-sellers can now access an efficient and worry free product procurement facility. Our philosophy is to be a market driven organization, responsive to the needs both of our customers and their customers and clients. You, as Producer/Manufacturers will realize a two fold benefit, first, we have created an industry dedicated marketing and distribution network, and second, markets for all will expand as structural systems and components are integrated into multi media products. Our desire is to create value propositions based upon budget, taste and desire, rather than a fixation with beating other suppliers prices for the same products.

Marshalling Facilities

Timbershoppe provides a fully serviced marshalling yard. This modern I.P.I.E. (Industry product integration and enhancement) Facility brings together on one site our various manufacturing components.

 

At the center of this facility is our panel plant. Utilizing climate controlled factory construction techniques; modern panel construction is revolutionizing the stick built housing industry.
